- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was given an auto insurance quote and paid for 3 months of insurance. About one week after getting this insurance, I get a call saying that i was involved in an accident and they were raising my rate. My record is clean. They said that I was reported as a driver (by word of mouth) and that they were taking my safe driver discount away. There is no physical proof or evidence I was involved in an accident aside from someone saying I was. Every insurance company I have talked to has said that my record is clean for the past 5 years. I am shopping around for new homeowners and car insurance because they are a bunch of idiots. Anyone with them needs to leave immediately.By Lex R, January 10, 2018
